If you would like to include attachments related to your request, please email them to PublicRecordsRequest@dot.nv.gov. To assist staff with combining online and email requests, please include the following in the email:
- In subject line, please include "Request submitted online - attachments"
- Date of request submitted
- Name of submitter
- Summary/description of request
