Research Problem Statements review cut-off dates are March 31st and September 30th

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is accepting problem statements from NDOT staff members throughout the year.  In order to develop a research problem statement, individuals or agencies outside of NDOT will need to work with a NDOT employee who specializes in the particular area of interest.

Problem statements can be submitted using the Research Problem Statements form on the website.

There are no current active solicitations for proposals. Solicitation for full proposals are intermittently issued if problem statements are recommended by the Expert Task Groups after their reviews.

Although e-mail submissions are preferred, faxes (775-888-7203) and hardcopies are acceptable; please submit electronic copies of proposals to mkumar@dot.nv.gov or mail hardcopies to:

Nevada Department of Transportation
