I-15 Southbound Lane Restrictions, Sign Repairs Tonight in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NEV. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) announces that two left-hand travel lanes along southbound Interstate 15 between Sahara Avenue (State Route 589) and Spring Mountain Road will be closed from 8 p.m., March 31, until 5 a.m., April 1, in Las Vegas. The temporary lane restrictions are needed to replace LED panels on overhead freeway signs. Narwhal is the contractor.
Motorists should use caution while travelling through the work zone, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors.
