Lamb Boulevard Closed at Craig Road This Weekend in North Las Vegas

Post Date:02/06/2020 3:47 PM

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEV. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) announces the following closures from 8 p.m., February 7, until 6 a.m., February 10, in North Las Vegas:

  • The left lanes along Craig Road (State Route 573) eastbound between Copper Sage Street and Lamb Boulevard (State Route 610) will be closed.

  • No left turns from Craig Road westbound to Lamb Boulevard

  • Lamb Boulevard will be blocked in both directions at Craig Road, right turns only.

The temporary closures are needed to trench and install an underground gas pipeline as part of a Southwest Gas permitted project occurring within state right-of-way. Arizona Pipeline Co. is the contractor.

Motorists should use caution while travelling through work zones, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors. For the latest state highway conditions, visit nvroads.com or call 511 before driving.
