Overnight Closure of Eastbound I-80 to I-580 Southbound Reno Spaghetti Bowl Ramp

Post Date:01/21/2020 3:08 PM
CARSON CITY, Nev. – The eastbound Interstate 80 to southbound Interstate 580 spaghetti bowl ramp in Reno will be closed overnight Wednesday evening, Jan. 22 as the Nevada Department of Transportation repairs damaged guardrail.
The eastbound I-80 to southbound I-580 spaghetti bowl ramp will be closed from 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 22 to approximately 4 a.m. Thursday, January 23 as NDOT road maintenance crews replace and repair roadway guardrail damaged in an early winter crash. Traffic will be detoured via North Wells Avenue/Oddie Boulevard to southbound U.S. 395/I-580.
All other spaghetti bowl ramps are scheduled to remain open, but drivers should also anticipate minor lane reductions on eastbound I-80 through the spaghetti bowl. Motorists should expect moderate travel delays.
The work is scheduled for overnight hours to avoid impacting commute hour traffic.
Updated state road conditions are available by visiting nvroads.com or dialing (775) 888-7000 before driving.
