MLK Lane Restrictions, Sidewalk Repairs Tonight in Las Vegas

Post Date:11/13/2019 9:18 AM

LAS VEGAS, NEV. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) reports north and southbound right lane restrictions along Martin Luther King Boulevard between Mineral Avenue and U.S. Highway 95 from 9 p.m., November 13, until 5 a.m., November 14, in downtown Las Vegas. The temporary closures are needed for utility work, placing underground conduit, as well as sidewalk repairs.

Motorists should use caution while travelling through the work zone, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors. For the latest state highway conditions, visit or call 511 before driving.
