I-515 / Lake Mead Parkway Offramps Closed Tuesday Night in Henderson
HENDERSON, NEV. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will close the north and southbound Interstate 515 offramps to Lake Mead Parkway from 8 p.m., November 5, until 5 a.m., November 6, in Henderson.
The temporary closures are needed for paving work as part of a 2-mile, $4.4 million upgrade project along Lake Mead Parkway between Boulder Highway (State Route 582) and Interstate 515 that began last month. Las Vegas Paving is the general contractor. The project is scheduled to finish later this month.
Motorists should use caution while travelling through the work zone, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors.
