I-15 Nightly Lane Restrictions August 6-7 in Clark County

Post Date:08/05/2019 3:02 PM

CLARK COUNTY, NEV. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will be reducing Interstate 15 northbound down to one travel lane between Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road from 7 p.m., August 6, until 6 a.m., August 7, in Clark County. Crews will be reducing southbound lanes the following night from 7 p.m., August 7, until 6 a.m., August 8. The temporary lane restrictions are needed to install weigh-in motion sensors embedded into the pavement. A third night of southbound lane restrictions could occur the evening of August 8, depending upon work progress.

Motorists should use caution while travelling through the work zone, heed construction signage, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but unscheduled construction changes, closures and restrictions are possible due to weather or other factors. For the latest state highway conditions, visit or call 511 before driving.
