The
US 395 Land Use Analyses represent individual TAZ's (Traffic Analysis Zones) located within
1/2 mile of the centerline of the US 395 corridor. Included in the analyses are population,
housing units, number of employees and hotel rooms. Years included are 2000, 2012, 2020
and 2030.
US 395 is analyzed from Carson City to northern Washoe County. The Washoe County and Carson City sections are available. The Douglas County section will be analyzed as part of the US 395 southern Sierra corridor study.
