The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is now in the process of revising the Statewide Transportation Plan (NevPLAN) and is requesting your input.
In 2005, Congress passed the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). SAFETEA-LU and the subsequent federal regulations released in February 2007 included several new planning requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: The goals and performance measures listed in the 2002 Statewide Transportation Plan are not to be confused with the goals and performance measures currently being developed by NDOT in accordance with AB 595.

The NevPLAN was approved by the State Transportation Board on November 14, 2002.
