Statewide Transportation Planning Public Participation Process is to foster communication
between interested parties and NDOT. Crucial to the full implementation of this process is the
philosophy and ability to exchange ideas.

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), Intermodal Planning Division has prepared the Statewide Transportation Planning Public Participation Process. The primary goal of the Planning Public Participation Process is to describe current public participation efforts and to identify public outreach programs.
The United States Code of Federal Regulations (Title 23, Section 450.212) was used as a basis for the Statewide Transportation Planning Public Participation Process.
