Dust, Materials, Sound
The Environmental Engineering Section comprises the Air Quality, Hazardous Materials and Noise Sections. The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), required on NDOT projects with federal funding, needs input from each of these disciplines. In addition, each section responds to public inquiries, maintains compliance with regulations, and protects the public interests.
