Aesthetics-Landscaping Overview

Lake Mead Boulevard Area

Drivers on the northbound or southbound U.S. 95 will view metalwork of Mojave Desert plants on both the bridges and walls. These images are accentuated by a curving color band and then reinforced with the curving dry-stacked stone walls seen in the interchange areas.

At each intersection quadrant, a large boulder accentuates the curving free-form movement of a dry-stacked stone wall. This wall will be framed with desert plantings.
