Title: Graffiti Abatement Prompts Saturday Closures on U.S. 95
LAS VEGAS - The Nevada Department of Transportation will implement traffic restrictions on Saturday, July 12, on U.S. 95 for a graffiti removal project. Starting at 9 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m., crews will close the two right lanes on northbound U.S. 95 from Rainbow Boulevard to Torrey Pines Drive. During this time, the Rainbow Boulevard on-ramp to southbound U.S. 95 will also close. Crews will replace an overhead sign and install graffiti guards designed to deter vandalism. Motorists should use caution, heed all traffic control devices and plan alternate routes if necessary.
NDOT strives to provide current information about construction schedules and highway and roadway restrictions and closures.
