Title: I-15 Northbound Repaving Temporarily Halted Due to Weather
LAS VEGAS – The Nevada Department of Transportation is temporarily suspending repaving operations on northbound I-15, near Jean, due to inclement weather. Traffic restrictions on I-15 northbound from three miles south of Jean to a half-mile north of Jean will be in effect this afternoon through noon on Monday, Oct. 15. The northbound outside lane and shoulder will be closed during this time. The repaving operations are part of a larger project that included structural work and bridge rehabilitation on I-15 from the Sloan Interchange to the Nevada/California state line.
NDOT strives to provide current information about construction schedules and highway and roadway restrictions and closures. Unscheduled restrictions and closures may occur and weather can impact work schedules. For the latest information on Nevada highway conditions, call 5-1-1 or log on to Nevada 5-1-1/NV Roads.
