ADA Program

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability. NDOT will ensure that qualified individuals shall not, solely on the basis of their disability, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any of its programs, services, or activities as provided by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).

See below for more information on NDOT's compliance with the ADA and how to file a complaint. Persons with or without a disability may file a complaint under the ADA.

Form to Report ADA Discrimination

If you or someone you know believes themselves to be the victim of discrimination, please see NDOT's ADA Complaint Form (.pdf 74KB). Simply print, fill out and send as appropriate to the ADA Coordinator on the Contact Us page.

Alternative means of filing complaints, such as personal interviews or tape recordings, are available for those unable to submit a written complaint form. Contact us if this applies to you.
